How quickly will I see results?
Organic SEO changes become measurable in rank trackers within four to eight weeks of implementation. Statistically significant traffic gains typically appear between months three and six. Sites with significant technical debt may see faster early gains once critical issues are resolved.
Do you work with businesses outside Romania?
Yes. While Northern Group is based in Cluj-Napoca, we work with clients across the EU. All client communication and deliverables are available in English. We have active clients in Germany, the Netherlands, and Bulgaria.
What access do you need to get started?
At minimum, read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (or GA4). For technical audits, a staging environment or crawl permission confirmation from your hosting provider is helpful but not mandatory for the initial assessment.
Do you offer project-based engagements or only retainers?
Both. SEO audits and one-time keyword research deliverables are project-based with fixed scope and price. Ongoing technical maintenance, content optimisation, and link building are structured as monthly retainers with a minimum three-month term.
Can you guarantee a position one ranking?
No, and any agency that does is misrepresenting how search algorithms work. We commit to a rigorous process, transparent reporting, and documented accountability for every action taken. Ranking outcomes depend on factors including competitor behaviour and Google's algorithm, which no agency controls.
