How we work, and what you should expect
Every engagement at Northern Group begins with a diagnostic phase — we do not propose a retainer scope without first establishing a factual baseline of your site's current organic performance, crawl health, and keyword coverage. This approach means the first two to three weeks of any engagement are primarily analytical. From that point, work is structured in monthly cycles: a prioritised action list agreed at the start of each month, implementation support provided throughout, and a reporting call at month-end anchored to rank tracker data and GSC actuals. We are explicit about what we cannot control: Google's algorithm update schedule, the pace at which a client's development team implements technical recommendations, and the competitive actions of rival businesses in your sector. Organic SEO is a compounding discipline — results typically become statistically significant between months three and six, and the strongest gains often arrive between months six and twelve. If you are seeking results within 30 days, paid search is the appropriate channel; we do not manage paid campaigns and will say so clearly rather than overpromise.
